York Dante Meeting - Day 3
I’ll start with some bad news: sadly, these will be the last few days of the FormBet ratings due to personal reasons. I have too much going on in my life right now and other things that require a lot of time, focus, and energy, so I will be unable to produce the daily ratings after, probably tomorrow. I’ve enjoyed developing the ratings, but they do require quite a bit of time and effort, and to make them even more effective and reliable would require a considerable amount of database work, time, and focus that I simply don’t have and will have even less time to produce in the future.
I’d like to take the opportunity to thank you for all the positive comments, support and feedback and hope you have enjoyed the last year and a half or so I’ve been producing these but life is short, and there are other projects outside of horse racing that I want to focus on also, including family.
With that, I’ll hopefully get the final ratings out tomorrow along with some key factors that make up the ratings. Onto today….

Top-Rated in maidens have a near 40% SR so this one looks value although Royal Approval, who is 2nd-rated and hits a system, could also be considered as an e/w value bet.

Top-Rated who hits a system and is value alongside a high S/R qualifier who also hits a system.

High S/R Top-Rated qualifier who hits 2 systems.

Top-rated and value.

I will always look fondly back to the old Formbet days , had hoped coming across you again might have seen something similar again ! but not to be . Thanks Dave, the old formbet days really helped with my racing knowledge and was delighted when I saw the Substack but family comes first always, appreciate everything you’ve done and wish you and the family well
